  TORTILLA BUTIFARRA DE HUEVO



INGREDIENTES:  

  • 1 butifarra de huevo

  • 3 Huevos      

  • Sal

  • Aceite

  • PREPARACIÓN:

Batimos los huevos y troceamos la butifarra, la añadimos a los huevos, y le ponemos sal, ponemos a calentar la sarten con un chorrito de aceite, cuando este caliente vertemos la mezcla, cuajamos por ambos lados, y servimos caliente.   butifarra-de-huevo
