 INGREDIENTES:TORTILLA-DE-CABRALES.jpg
  • 2 huevos      
  • 100 gr. De queso cabrales      
  • Aceite       banderaasturias
  •  
           
    PREPARACIÓN:
Batimos los huevos, y troceamos el cabrales, que añadiremos a los huevos batidos. Ponemos a calentar la sarten con un chCabrales.jpgorro de aceite, volcamos la mezcla, y dejamos cuajar y le damos la vuelta. Podemos servir.
