tortilla DE ROQUEFORT
  
INGREDIENTES:
  • 2 huevos
  • 100 gr. De roquefort
  • Aceite
  •  
      
      
     
    PREPARACIÓN:
Batimos los huevos, y troceamos el roquefort, que añadiremos a los huevos batidos. Ponemos a calentar la sarten con un chorro de aceite, volcamos la mezcla, y dejamos cuajar y le damos la vuelta. Podemos servir.
